[Nov 10, 2025] - Changing Advising Team
I am changing my advising team and I am starting to working with Prof. Dr. Abel Souza at the Sustainable Computing Lab at UCSC. I am trully grateful to my previous advisors, Prof. Dr. Scott Beamer and Prof. Dr. Tyler Sorensen for all the support and guidance during these past years and for their understanding and guidance to make a smooth transition. I am glad also to be able to continue collaborating with them in future projects!

[Apr 1, 2024] - Invited Talk on BioSys 2024
We got an invitation to present our first results of my Ph.D. research at the BioSys workshop, that will be held in conjunction with ASPLOS'24 on San Diego. I will present the first results of our proxy application based on a pangenome mapping tool. Excited for this talk!
